Chase Anderson officially joins Phillies after off year pitching for Blue Jays

Proper-hander Chase Anderson and the Philadelphia Phillies finalized their one-year, $4-million US contract on Monday.

He can earn $250,000 in efficiency bonuses: $50,000 every for 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 begins.

Anderson was 1-2 with a 7.22 earned-run common in 10 appearances for the Toronto Blue Jays final season. He earned $3,148,148 in prorated pay from a $8.5 million wage underneath the choice season of a contract that initially assured $11.75 million for 2 years.
