Vancouver Police estimated that between 200 and 250 individuals confirmed up for the “BC Grand Freedom Rally” on Saturday.
Though a flyer for the occasion said that Mark Donnelly, the previous anthem singer for the Vancouver Canucks, could be in attendance, he didn’t present up.
