Three individuals are useless after a helicopter crash close to Resolute Bay, Nunavut, throughout a journey to survey the Lancaster Sound polar bear inhabitants, the premier says.
It occurred close to Griffith Island and concerned a Nice Slave Helicopters AS350-B2.
