Controversial U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene may lose her committee assignments following a vote by her colleagues Thursday.
The Majority Chief of the U.S. Home of Representatives says congress will meet to vote on a decision that will see Greene stripped of her training and funds committee assignments.
“I spoke to Chief McCarthy this morning, and it’s clear there is no such thing as a various to holding a Flooring vote on the decision to take away Rep. Greene from her committee assignments,” Steny Hoyer tweeted Wednesday.
“The Guidelines Committee will meet this afternoon, and the Home will vote on the decision tomorrow.”
